What we automate
What could your team stop doing by hand?
These Use Cases grew out of customer conversations about real operational problems. AutoMates has not yet implemented these three scenarios as client projects. They show credible systems to assess and build; documented work lives separately in Case Studies.
What this means in practice

From example to implementation
The pattern is reusable. The workflow must still be yours.
Start with the recognisable pattern
A strong Use Case makes the trigger, information flow, decisions, outputs, and human boundary understandable before anyone discusses tools.
- A defined operational problem
- A visible human responsibility
- A result that can be measured
Test it against the real process
Process Discovery replaces assumptions with your volumes, systems, data quality, controls, exceptions, and cost baseline.
- Proceed when the evidence supports it
- Re-scope when a smaller intervention is stronger
- Stop when the business case is not there
Common questions
Answers before the call.
What is the difference between a Use Case and a Case Study?
A Use Case explains a credible application and the workflow we could assess or build. A Case Study documents work that has actually been delivered and only makes claims supported by the available evidence.
Does a Use Case mean AutoMates has already built this exact system?
No. These three examples arose from customer conversations, but AutoMates has not yet implemented them as client projects. They are concrete enough to evaluate and may use different systems, rules, controls, or scope in your organisation. We use Case Study only for documented delivered work.
How do we know whether one of these examples fits our business?
Start with one bounded process. A fit call tests whether the pain, frequency, value, data, and ownership justify Process Discovery. Discovery then establishes the current process, baseline, constraints, and realistic build path.

Which part of the working day should your team stop doing by hand?
Bring one repetitive process, scattered information flow, or recurring decision bottleneck. We will help determine whether the opportunity is real.
